Retrospect Global Network
The Retrospect Global Network (RGN) was created to celebrate a whirlwind of national and international music from the 20th century through contemporary recordings.
Two educators -- and former disc jockeys and alumni from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, (WFDR-AM /former Rutherford Campus) Lady Hutchinson (Pandora N. Hutchins) and DJ-JB (James K. Bailey) are digitally spinning music via a weekly Master Jam Playlist.
The broadcast network features a universal blend of musical genres such as up-tempo House, Smooth Jazz, Easy Listening, R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, Dancehall, Inspirational, Gospel, Latin, African, Afrobeats, Pop, Rock, International, Classical "et al."
Moreover, the Retrospect Global Network features an array of networking opportunities (Live Chat and Chew Segments) to promote industry trends in education, science, and medicine, artist and repertoire development (A&R), nutrition, film, cultural arts, music, law, spirituality, social activism, health and fitness, mindfulness activities, and meditation.
On occasion, the industry experts will appear as special guests to share their best practices and upcoming events. The audience can elect to participate in these networking Chat and Chew segments via an auditory or visual delivery.
Social distancing at its best! – WRGN-DB’s Zoomin’ and Groovin’ showcase promotes a weekly interactive, and live broadcast via the Zoom platform.
Former college disc jockeys alongside a host of everyday beautiful people, educators, and professionals alike are “retrospectively” stepping back in time, and segueing into the 21st century with total syncopation.
The interactive audience can engage into a cardio-dance fitness workout for roughly an hour -- to the tune of high energy and upbeat music.
In addition, participants can enjoy relaxation exercises, and mindfulness activities via WRGN-DB’s Easy Listening, and Smooth Jazz sessions.
On a strategic note, the Retrospect Global Network was launched by Pandora N. Hutchins (January 2021) and James K. Bailey to afford a musical, fitness, and interactive network amid family, and friends during an uncertain global pandemic.
The strategy formulation is to envision RGN as gamely evolving -- and expanding into a universal platform contingent upon industry trends as well as future collaborative projects.
